Summer is still sizzling and this fun cocktail will help you to stay cool while catching up with friends. CK Mondavi wines are the perfect complement to any outing you may be hosting. They have invited me to share my Summertide Sangria Cocktail with all of you.
Ingredients
- 5 peaches, peeled and sliced or you may use frozen
- Handful of blueberries or whatever fresh fruit you like
- 1/2 cup peach nectar (in the International food aisle / optional)
- 1 bottle chilled of CK Mondavi Moscato (white wine)
- 1 cup of Vodka
- Club Soda
Instructions
- Take three of the peaches and muddle them with a wooden spoon in a drinking pitcher into a puree.
- Add the Vodka.
- Add the wine, peach nectar, remaining peach slices and blueberries
- Chill well.
- You may serve right away but I always like the fruit to marinate in the wine for at least an hour.
- Top with club soda.
