Her Disney Springs storefront is the second one to the original in Florence, Italy. She incorporates real fruit and ingredients into her gelato and sorbets. She had a basket full of fresh peaches on the counter just waiting to be churned into an amazing treat.       It was so hard to chose between all of the flavors. I finally picked Passion Fruit, a seasonal flavor and it did not disappoint. Fresh fruit and so refreshing on a hot day. It reminded me so much of a trip I took to Italy.     It was special seeing all of the Vivoli family pictures decorated on the walls and the years of hard work in keeping a wonderful tradition of family business going.     Those seeking authentic gelato, look no further Vivoli is the real deal!
